These kids were so much fun to photographer. They were such troopers in the heat and humidity that I am very much still getting used to. I wish I had as much energy as these two!

I love this job even more when a perfect newborn is my subject. Remember that beautiful friend of mine whose maternity photos I took while I was on vacation in florida, well her sweet baby girl made her arrival a few weeks ago. This sweet baby girl was a glorious 7 days old for this session and a total dream. She slept perfectly through the entire session and let me move her in every position without so much as a peep! I absolutely adore this family and little Lucy! They are my dear friends and I am so excited for their addition. I hope you enjoy your photos as much I do do! I can't stop looking at them!!

Over an hour later, she let us know that she was ready to be done when she didn't have the comfort of pillows and soft blankets anymore!
Probably my favorite photograph of the bunch!! It just makes me smile so big!

First of all, I just want to say how lucky and thankful I am to all my clients! You are all so wonderful and I have been so privileged to be able to work with you.
Secondly, because I want to put my ALL into every session that I do, and every photograph taken, I have decided to book a limited number of sessions each month. I have not yet decided on the number, but with that being said, I am booking up quickly. Between a full time job, which means limited time on my hands and wanting to spend time with my husband when I have the chance, this is the only way that I can do it all at this point and still produce the best quality of photos I can for each client.
Please know that it is NEVER to late to schedule a session. If you happen to have special circumstances, I am willing to work something out with you. Limiting the amount of sessions I do each month allows for some breathing room, so please don't hesitate to schedule.
Again, Thank you to all of my clients that have helped me get to this point! It has been so much fun and I can't wait to meet more of you!
...and since a post isn't ever fun without a photograph, I'll leave you with a little something I'm working on.....

Babies are like a fresh of breath air for me! I love photographing them! They are so peaceful and easy! I was able to squeeze this newborn session in on my day off and boy was I glad I did. She is simply adorable. This little one was 9 days old and although she was awake for much of her session, she did a pretty amazing job!

I just love returning clients! I was so excited to do these cute kidlets pictures again! I couldn't believe how much they had grown!! They were so sweet, fun and smiley!!

This family was one of my favorites to photograph to date! They are beautiful inside and out and have incredible chemistry! They are getting ready for a new change in their life and moving out of our ward which I am very sad about.
To document their time here in Richmond, we headed downtown and I could not have been more happy about the outcome of their photos! I proofed their sessions with my chin on the floor the entire time!

I don't know how I was so lucky to have two newborn sessions in one week, but all I have to say is I enjoyed every single second of each one!

Momma W wanted to get some photos with her kiddos so that she could put together something for her husband for Fathers Day, so we set out to the University of Richmond to do just that. I was so very excited for these photos, and when I saw these beautiful little kids I couldn't help myself just fall in love! I had such a blast taking and proofing these images.

Like I mentioned before, this family was so much fun. They were fun and just themselves. We shot these photos at the comfort of their own home in the backyard and I was a little nervous because of the 'tree shadows' but I am happy with the turn out! Recognize these two beauties? Maybe not because they have grown so much!! Sweet Sadie has lots of hair, and I would dare say the cutest little smile in the whole world! Then there is handsome Owen who was riding his bike all over the place like the biggest big boy! I love seeing clients again, It makes me so happy!

oh my word! I do not know how I have been so lucky to have such beautiful clients, but am I ever so excited about it! This family was a dream to photographer... I mean look at them!! I was going through these pictures this morning and all I could say was "really, REALLY!!" Every shot was gorgeous, perfect and breathtaking, all thanks to the R family!

I cannot wait for little Lucy to be here! 3 MORE WEEKS!!! ahh! I am so excited. There is nothing more beautiful than pregnancy to me. I was honored to photograph this family and mommy-to-be. They are dear friends of mine and have waited a few years for this special blessing. Thank you for letting me be apart of this special time in your life, I am beyond excited for you both!
